Três bóias de salvação: Twin Peaks, cujo ambiente refelctia com proximidade indesejável outras coisas que se passavam muito, muito mais perto de casa; Começar a comprar e a ler religiosamente o Melody Maker desde Junho e, sem falhas, até 2000 - mudou(-me) quase tudo; Saltar para 1991 no meio de 10 dias em Paris, com cassetes dos Doors no walkman, o Daqui Ninguém Sai Vivo nas redondezas, e comprar o What's Going On na Virgin dos Champs Elysées.
